Title: Fix the Chapel on Friday the 13th part 2- ONLINE!!
When: 13.04.2012
Attendees: fdtccal@gmail.com email
Location: ONLINE!!
Description: http://www.fixthechapel.com/donate.html
You have been cordially invited to save a piece of cinematic history. In the Evans City Cemetery in Evans City, PA sits a slowly rotting shell of a chapel. This chapel and the cemetery were featured in George Romero's 1968, iconic horror masterpiece, Night of the Living... Dead. A shade of its former self, the chapel has been falling apart and faces potential destruction if not saved very soon. Gary Streiner, an original investor and crew member of NOTLD, has assemble a rag tag group of DIY horror fans to help save the chapel. I am asking each of you to go to the link below and offer your support of our efforts. Our goal is $50,000. At the time this event was updated, we had achieved nearly $13,000 of said goal. Please give whatever you are able. It is appreciated and will be appreciated for years to come, by us and folks who flock to the cemetery to see where the Dead first walked.
