Aliens - Hicks was originally played by James(The Warriors) Remar. Michael Biehn replaced Remar a few days into principal photography over "creative differences". However, Remar still appears in the finished film - wearing the same armor, and shot from behind, it's impossible to tell the difference between the two actors. Here is a rare shot of James Remar as Hicks.
